Technical support is of course provided for all our systems and applications made to order. For this purpose we use a system called PROBLEM REPORT (PR), which enables us to solve any problems that may arise during the functioning of the system, quickly and easily. The client enters the information about the problem into the PR system and it is immediately solved by a qualified employee. Both sides can thus help to solve the problem quickly and effectively. Additionally, it is of course also possible to use email or phone.

KAKTUS Software is aware of these issues, which can cause the failure of enterprise IS and partly legislative requirements made for trade secret protection and for personal data protection contained in IS.
