- Automatic escalations - The system watches deadlines of individual requirements itself and upon failure to observe them, it evokes the events needed, leading to remedy the condition
- Creation of user Web Parts - User views of requirements can be created in the form of the so called WebParts; these can be used, for example, on the introductory page of the entire SharePoint system
- Outputs - The system offers numerous outputs. When needed, the outputs can be modified or new ones can be created pursuant to a particular request
- Integrated searching - Thanks to connection with the SharePoint system, searching of all information based in this system can be performed, and thus also of requirements of the HelpDesk system
- Central user administration - The system can be connected to any directory service (typically Windows Active Directory system)
- Working with data - From within HelpDesk as well as in other SharePoint applications - Data from HelpDesk can be used in other applications, as well.
